Please understand that all clothing items and accessories in our shop are handmade, and handmade items, by nature, have imperfections. Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next.

Expected Turn Around Time (TAT)

TAT is 20-25 Business Days from when the order is placed not counted the day of the order is placed. Once the item is made, it will ship as described in the Shipping Policy.

Ready to Ship (RTS) Items are ready to ship and will ship as described in the Shipping Policy.

Shipping & Processing Times

Items will be processed and shipped by the end of the TAT period and a tracking number with USPS will be provided.

Ready to Ship (RTS) items on the website will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of your order and a tracking number with USPS will be provided.

Items shipped when Standard Shipping is selected at checkout, will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Per the USPS website, First Class Mail is delivered within 1-3 business days. In my professional experience, it may take up to a 7 business days for you to receive your item when shipped USPS First Class Mail.

Items shipped when Expedited Shipping option is selected at checkout, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Per the USPS website, items shipped Priority Mail should arrive within 1-3 business days, guaranteed. In my professional experience, it can still take 3-4 business days for you to receive the item when shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Please keep in mind that the US Postal Service has advised their customers that Holidays/Natural Disasters/Weather/COVID-19 can impact shipping times.

I am not responsible for items once they are scanned in and in route with USPS. (If an item does get lost please reach out to determine the next course of action)

Please allow 24 hours for me to respond to emails and messages. If there is ever a problem with your items please reach out to us. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Care Instructions

Turn your clothes inside out before putting them into the washing machine. Wash your t-shirts with cold water.

Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.

Do not iron.

Avoid dryers at all cost.

Refunds/Returns

Most items are custom made and returns/refunds will not be accepted unless the item is damaged/defective upon receipt. If you are unhappy with your item, or if you receive it damaged/defective, please e-mail boujee_coven_desings@yahoo.com as soon as possible and include pictures/proof of the issue with your item. Refunds for damaged/defective items will be issued within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours upon your request in the event that the TAT on your order has lapsed.
